Refund & Return Policy​
At Microtech, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a product that is defective or not functioning as described, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were received. Once the returned item is inspected, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. We deliver within the Tampa-Bay area for a deliver fee, or we ship items ordered to customers based on the standard USPS postal rates. All items shipped per customer will receive tracking information via email. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping destination.
